In response to market demands, the USB Handheld Video Microscope is utilised by Yamasaki to analyse optical fibre products. The optical fibre end surface is magnified 200 times by the device, and the visual feed is transmitted to either an OTDR, a computer or mobile phone through a USB cable. This configuration allows the computer to deliver a clear perspective of the end surface condition. To cater to the specifications for optical fibre end surface analysis, a comprehensive array of adapter interfaces is integrated. This equipment is proficient in examining a diverse range of products.
